Understanding Our Refund & Cancellation Policy at All In Vehicle Inspections

When you book a vehicle inspection with us, here's what you should know about our fees, cancellations, and exclusions:
Fees & Charges:
Our fees may occasionally change, and we'll always make sure to update them where our services are listed. By choosing our services, you agree to pay the fees mentioned at the time of booking.
Changing Your Inspection Level:
If you'd like to switch to a lower tier inspection after booking a higher level, no worries! Just let us know 24 hours in advance, and we'll refund the difference in cost.
Cancellations:
- More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. You'll receive a full refund, minus any unique non-refundable expenses (like flights) and a possible admin fee for customized services.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice:
- 50% Fee: If our inspector hasn't started travelling to the location.
- 100% Fee: If our inspector is en route or has arrived at the location.
Inspection Exclusions:
We strive to accommodate all types of vehicles, but there are instances when we might not be able to conduct an inspection. In such cases, you'll be eligible for a refund. Please ensure the vehicle is on a safe, level surface with enough space for inspection. If conditions aren't met with short notice, we'll proceed but may not complete a full inspection.
Refund Timings:
We aim to process your refund within 30 days. This includes our processing time (3 to 5 business days), any returns of unique goods and services (5 to 10 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).
